If you are interested in a date that might take place during inclement weather, It is a good idea to have a tent rental booked. However, if you choose to work with our wedding professionals, rain is no problem! They are professionals at flipping the room so that your ceremony space is converted to your reception space seamlessly.
We understand that plans change. If your event is canceled, no portion of the fees paid to BVF will be returned. If your event is canceled less than 6 months before date, the client will be responsible for paying 50% of total contracted fees due. If event is canceled less than 45 days days before event date, the client will be responsible for paying 100% of total contracted fees due. If the event is postponed, payments received can be applied to a new date. Rescheduling is possible based on availability, but fees may apply, especially if changes are made within three months of your wedding date.
Our venue accommodates up to 200 guests for larger weddings. The capacity of each event space varies depending on the event type—cocktails, dinner and dancing, or a seated event.
We know that our pets are a very important part of our lives. However, our first priority is the safety of your pets, our clients, your guests and all staff. For that reason, we do not allow pets at Bella Vista Farms.
We have a fantastic list of preferred vendors, but you’re welcome to bring in outside caterers or vendors with prior approval. If you choose external vendors, we will need to have copies of their business licenses and liability insurance documentation on file 45 days before your event.
Yes, our venue is fully wheelchair accessible. We have ramps, accessible restrooms, and convenient paved paths to all areas, including outdoor spaces.
Yes, we offer ample onsite parking with dedicated spaces for vendors and accessibility needs. For larger events, we can arrange shuttle services if needed. We also provide valet parking for added convenience.
To secure your date, we require a signed contract and a non refundable deposit. Deposit amount is based on the type of package you book. Once we receive both, your wedding date is officially booked!
The final balance is due 45 days before your wedding. We’ll send a reminder with a breakdown of any remaining fees to ensure everything is in order.
